At QrPathway, all subscriptions are pre-paid, and there are no automatic payments. You can choose to subscribe for one month or one year. Once your subscription period ends, it will not renew automatically, and you will need to manually resubscribe if you wish to continue using our services. If you decide to cancel after your subscription period, simply do nothing—there will be no further charges unless you choose to resubscribe. We will also send you a reminder email before your subscription expires.

Yes, an invoice will be automatically generated for you after any payments from your account.

We currently offer no refunds, however, before you purchase a plan, you can try it for free.

When your paid plan expires, your account will automatically switch to the free plan. Your static and dynamic QR codes, as well as your links, will continue to function, and you'll be able to modify existing ones. However, if you've exceeded the free plan limits, you won't be able to create new QR codes or links. Additionally, dynamic QR codes and links will lose premium features like password protection, sensitive content warnings, data analytics, and tracking pixels. These features will be reactivated once you renew or upgrade to a paid plan.
